Taking a Break

This site is temporarily paused. There are some family issues that need to be worked out. I hope to be back here at the latest, by summer! In the meantime, I am testing to see how much exercise can control food cravings. So far it's doing wonderfully in significantly reducing my sugar cravings. I had no idea that exercise could make it so much easier to eat right!
